What we collect
Email addresses (for sign-in and notifications), names and brand names you provide, the photos and logos you upload, sponsorship messages, and standard technical logs. Payment details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: showing listings, connecting sponsors and owners, processing payments and payouts through Stripe, sending transactional email (sign-in links, sponsorship notifications, payment and proof updates), and preventing fraud and abuse. We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing email without a separate opt-in.
Cookies
One first-party session cookie (sm_session) keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. No third-party advertising cookies.
Who else touches your data
Stripe (payments and payouts), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting and anonymized usage analytics), and Neon (database hosting). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
Public information
Listings are public: item photos, titles, stories, owner display names, spot prices, and approved sponsor logos and brand names are visible to anyone with the link. Proof photos are shared with the relevant sponsor. Don't put anything in a listing you wouldn't want public.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and transaction records as long as your account is active plus what tax and payment regulations require. Email us to delete your account; we'll remove personal data that we aren't legally required to retain.
